What we collect

Enquiry forms store the fields you type: name, business, email, phone, services, area, business type, budget, contact preference, message, the page you sent it from, consent and the time. If the address bar contains UTM tags or a gclid we store those too. We do not upload files.

Why

To reply to the enquiry and to keep a record in the CX1 Hub for the CX1 client. The legal basis is your consent on the form and the steps needed to respond.

Email and WhatsApp

The form emails info@cx1.uk. WhatsApp opens a chat with the CX1 team on a third-party service. Do not send secrets there.

Cookies

A first-party cookie remembers whether you accepted or rejected optional advertising and analytics cookies. Optional Google tags load only after you accept. Rejecting them does not block the form. [PLACEHOLDER: CX1 Google tag ID and GTM container ID]

How long
